Questions & Answers
Straight answers about services, AI training, IoT, pricing, and how to get started
Who is Kaspar L. Palgi?
Kaspar L. Palgi is a senior full-stack developer and AI consultant with 25+ years of experience, based in Estonia and the Canary Islands and serving clients across the UK, Estonia, and Spain. He runs Code New Ltd (UK company No. 15432752), authored a backend-development book for Packt Publishing, and specialises in SvelteKit, TypeScript, Flutter, agentic AI with Claude Code, and ESP32-based IoT hardware.
What services does e-Stonia offer?
e-Stonia offers full-stack web development (SvelteKit, TypeScript, NodeJS), cross-platform mobile apps (Flutter), fast APIs (Hasura, GraphQL, PostgreSQL), IoT and hardware development (ESP32), DevOps and deployment, plus AI training and automation — including Claude Code training, MCP server setup, and n8n workflow automation for teams and businesses.
Do you offer Claude Code and agentic AI training?
Yes. Kaspar teaches prompt engineering, Claude Code, and MCP server setup to both non-technical individuals and technical teams, then builds AI agents and n8n automations that deliver measurable ROI. Training takes you from zero to running AI agents in your own business, with support continuing from pilot through to full production adoption.
Can you build custom IoT and hardware solutions?
Yes. Kaspar is an ESP32 specialist with hands-on soldering and product-development experience. He builds smart locks, automated plant watering, smart booking and heating systems, connected vending machines, and other bespoke IoT devices using ESP32, C++, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi.
How much does it cost and how do we start?
The first 2 hours of work are free, and the initial consultation is a no-obligation 15–30 minute call. You get world-class development at Estonian rates rather than London prices — for example, self-hosting the open-source Kanban tool can be set up for around £80 plus roughly £3/month in server costs. Get in touch to discuss your project.
Where are you based and which clients do you work with?
Kaspar is based in Estonia and spends winters in the Canary Islands, having previously lived and worked in London for 7 years. He works primarily with UK and Estonian businesses (and globally), still visits the UK 2–3 times a year, and delivers in English, Estonian, and Spanish.
